"The opportunity to spend one full day a month focused on learning best business practices that I can spread throughout my business has been advantageous. The Leadership Series allowed me to force myself to walk into a classroom setting with other peers and share with one another, learn from each other, and discuss specific leadership related challenges. The instructors do a great job in allowing us to learn key leadership principles and strategies interactively. I have been able to take many of these concepts and implement them into my own leadership experience at InterState Oil Company."

"The Leadership Program was a very enriching experience in my life with the many guest speakers that shared their experiences in their professional lives and instilled leadership qualities to the class. Our professors were a great team as they taught us to be leaders in our own families and organizations whether it was being a leader in our organizations, being a loyal shareholder in an important role or playing a part on the family council along with their great experiences they shared from their own lives. I will never forget the point that was made almost every class, that people always want to know what’s expected of them and how they’re doing in their organizations, roles in the family or business. It’s always great to have that communication with our superiors and mentors about expectations and how well we are doing within the organization. I’d recommend the Leadership series to any future leader that wants to add value to their future endeavors of being a leader in their own organization or playing their part in their family business.
